Summary:

Resident bands in 1966 included The Andy Smith Orchestra, The David Jack Sound, The KB Showband, The Marshmallow 400 (The Red Hawks), The  Shadettes & The Falcons.

The regular Wednesday night Starlight Lounge event was handed over to The David Jack Sound in January and ran until September to be replaced by The 21 Club on Wednesday 25th September 1968 then moved to Thursdays in November.

Tuesday 25th June 1968 was the last meeting of The Dunfermline Folksong Club in the Ballroom, however another regular folk fixture started on Tuesday 15th October 1968 with the opening of Folk At The KB hosed by Ian Plumber.

The Ballroom was closed on two successive Wednesdays for repainting on 2nd & 9th October 1968.
